Conditions of Carriage

The taximeter advances in increments of €0.10 during travel and while waiting. If, for reasons attributable to the customer, a ride cannot be carried out after the order has been placed and the taxi has arrived at the designated pickup location, the customer is required to pay double the base fare, irrespective of any waiting time costs already incurred. For the use of a van taxi, designed and licensed for the transport of up to eight persons, an additional fee applies when transporting more than four passengers or upon explicit request. The fare is to be settled upon completion of the journey. However, the driver may request advance payment in the amount of the expected fare before the trip begins. If, on the shortest route to the destination or on a route specifically requested by the passenger, a toll (usage fee) is incurred, the actual toll amount paid by the driver or taxi company will be added to the fare. Waiting time includes any stops made during the ride at the request of passengers or due to traffic conditions beyond the driver’s control.
